Songpacks
> Besides the official Dance Dance Revolution mixes, several DDR fans have made original mixes of their own, most of which can be found online.

CreamyMix 1 -
This is my first songpack for Stepmania,
and it's really been a bitch of a task so far. Certain songs had
unsteady
BPMs, so that I had to change the BPMs in the stepfile to keep the
steps
from going out of synch with the music. In the case of Breaking the
Law,
the BPMs in the song were so unsteady that there was a part of the song
where I had to adjust the steps' BPMs on seven consecutive measures.
Another
problem was that I would be forced to delete certain songs after
discovering
minor pops and clicks in them that I never noticed before. I was in the
middle of doing steps for Bad Case of Loving You, and had already cut
the
song down to less than two minutes when an anomaly in the mp3 forced me
to abandon the song. The pack will ultimately have 20 songs, two of
which I will compose myself, and two will be different versions of the
same song.

Kévin's
second songpack, which is still under construction.
DJ Naux
Originals -
Taren Nauxen's mix with nearly 100 songs. Some songs were barely
audible, but I was able to boost their volume with Audacity.
Nifty
DWIs - My personal favorite Stepmania mix. Features
some video game remixes and a few 80s songs.
FoonMix - A very professional looking mix from Japan. Each simfile has a background movie, making the mix's smzip file exceptionally large.

COMMUNITY SONGPACK SERIES
DWI Extreme Series -
A collection of songs from several different stepfile artists.
